Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of outflip.lol (the “Service”), including the public leaderboard, category boards, product pages, the payment flow and related features. By using the Service, creating a listing or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a rank. Before any payment is offered you must confirm, by ticking a box, that you accept how ranking and payments work.

Operator and contact

The Service is operated by BLB Consultancy FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). Legal and listing notices: info@outflip.lol. These Terms work together with the public Rules; if they conflict, these Terms control.

What the Service is

outflip.lol is a paid public ranking for XRPL projects. You may pay to list a website or an X profile and to occupy a rank based on the amount paid, as described in the Rules. Listings are paid advertisements — not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements or independent rankings.

A payment buys the rank that amount can take at the moment the payment settles, and nothing else: no traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, fixed duration at a rank, search ranking or any particular result. Anyone can pay more and outrank you at any time — that is the product. We may change, pause or discontinue features, including categories, boards and ranking rules.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you represent that you can bind that company, and “you” includes it. You may not use the Service where the law prohibits you from doing so, including under applicable trade sanctions.

Payments are on-chain

All payments are made on the XRP Ledger through the Xaman wallet, delivered as RLUSD to our receiving address. There is no card processor, no payment intermediary and no chargeback mechanism. Prices are stated in US dollars and settled in RLUSD; you may pay with any asset your wallet supports, converted by the ledger. A payment request expires if unpaid within its window — nothing is charged and nothing moves.

A rank is assigned only when we can verify, on the ledger, that the exact requested amount was delivered to our address. A transaction that does not match the requested amount, currency or destination is not credited and does not place a listing; contact us if you believe you paid and no listing appeared, and include your payment reference.

No refunds

All payments are final and not refundable. Ranking is a digital service that begins the moment payment settles: the listing is created or raised and the amount counts on the public board. Being outranked later, receiving fewer clicks than hoped, downtime, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a refund. By completing a payment you request that this service starts immediately and, to the extent the law allows, waive any withdrawal or cooling-off right. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor it.

Your listing, your warranties

You may only list a website or X profile that you own or are authorized to represent. By submitting a URL, @handle or payment you represent that: you have the right to list that destination and send visitors there; the listing and destination comply with applicable law; you are not impersonating another person, brand or company, and not claiming a rank for a competitor’s site without authorization; the destination is not malware, phishing, a scam or primarily deceptive; and the information you submit is and will remain accurate.

Prohibited listings and use

In addition to the Rules, you may not list or use the Service for: sexual or adult content; chat, invite or messaging-group links, or link shorteners hiding the real destination; content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent or exploitative of children; counterfeit goods or other infringement of copyright or trademark; offers requiring licenses you do not hold; or interfering with the Service — scraping beyond ordinary browsing, manipulating click counts, bypassing rate limits, or automated rank claims without our written permission.

Our right to remove listings

We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorize, hide or permanently remove any listing, rank or related page, with or without notice — including where we believe these Terms, the Rules or the law may have been broken, where a rights holder complains, or where a listing creates legal, security or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Third-party content and fair use

To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations: names, @handles, titles, descriptions, favicons and social preview images. We use that material only to identify the listed project on outflip.lol, to show visitors where a paid rank leads, and to operate and moderate the Service. That use is intended as nominative fair use: only what is needed to identify the destination, never as our own brand, and never to suggest endorsement by the rights holder unless the lister is that rights holder.

outflip.lol, our mark and the look of the Service are ours. You may not copy the Service, scrape the board for a competing product, or use our brand to suggest we endorse you. Xaman, XRPL, X and other third-party names remain their owners’ property.

License you grant us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (for sizing, formatting and ranking display) and publicly display your listing and the public metadata we fetch, for as long as needed to operate, promote and archive the Service. To request a takedown, email info@outflip.lol. Takedown does not undo a completed payment.

Complaints and rights notices

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or that a listed site is unlawful, email info@outflip.lol with your name and contact details, the listing on outflip.lol, the destination URL or @handle, a description of the problem, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act. We may restrict the listing while we review, and may share the notice with the lister.

No endorsement, no earnings claims

Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a project. We do not verify that listed projects, claims or prices are true. Click and visitor counts describe what our systems recorded, not a promise of results. Links from the Service lead to third-party destinations with their own terms; we are not responsible for them. Nothing on the Service is financial advice.

Availability, disclaimers, liability

The Service is provided as-is and may be unavailable, slow or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill or other indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing concerned in the three months before the claim. We do not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of your listing, your destination, your payment, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of someone else’s rights.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflict-of-law rules; where a mandatory local consumer law applies to you, it still protects you. Disputes belong to the courts of the United Arab Emirates to the extent permitted. We may change these Terms; material changes update the date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change means acceptance. For a payment already completed, the Terms in effect at that payment still apply to it.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy and the payment details you confirm form the entire agreement. Questions: info@outflip.lol.
